With 17 conference rooms and a total meeting area of 2588m², the Bedford Hotel and Congress Centre offers one of the largest spaces in downtown Brussels to host any type of event, welcoming up to 715 participants.
All meeting rooms can be structured and furnished to provide flexible use solutions depending on the organisers needs.
In addition to the abovementioned rooms, the Bedford has 14 meeting rooms which are ideal for board meetings or training sessions.

The meeting rooms
Impress your guests in the ARMSTRONG a splendid "Art Deco" venue overlooked by a large mezzanine. Thanks to its 5.50m high ceiling, this multifunctional room is equipped with a 40m² screen. There are 2 additional spaces directly linked to the venue, which make this perfect for exhibitions, cocktails, coffee breaks, hot and cold buffets, or even for car presentations! In order to ease unloading, this venue has a direct connection to the parking area and to the street.
Situated on the 8th floor, the GALILEO room offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the main monuments in downtown Brussels. The wonderful daylight will enhance your meeting, while its large terrace will await you for pleasant breaks.
With its original decoration, the MARCO POLO room is ideal for professional workshops, but also for fashion shows and theme parties.
